Hom partner, Toon and Tobb, went to Osaka for learning about how to make Japanese bread. So what so good about Japanese bread, it is very soft and sweet in the same time. Their flour made from Hokkaido province and their wheat is sweet. Just grilled plain bread tastes so good. Our teacher, Maco, taught us at her home, one room in the big building. Her room is well-organised as bread teacher and her attitude is very sweet like all Japanese we knew.
Maco taught us how to make Japanese loaf, Ham bread and asparagus cheese bread. Sound like simple name but tastes are awesome. We learn how to make less yeast but bread still growing, her recipes are all good and we decide to continue with her class until we have finished all 10 kinds of bread. We invited Maco to come to Hom in January so our guests and local no need to fly and learn in Osaka and she accepted the ideal. we can’t wait to continue learning with her.
